We chose to use launchpad.net's translation feature for convenience. GNUSim8085 was previously hosted at sourceforge.net. The source still is. It is a coincidence that making the UI i18n'ized happened around the same time of migration to launchpad. So launchpad was obvious choice for translations. @nordsworth,
